SEStran, Fife Council and Clackmannanshire Council appointed Scott Wilson to carry out a STAG – based study, examining freight and passenger transport connectivity issues between Clackmannanshire, Fife and Edinburgh.
The study considered a wide range of possibilities for transport enhancement, for both public transport and freight. An analysis of the key transport and travel patterns on the strategic network was undertaken.
Key issues involving both passenger and freight transport in the area were reviewed and also possible future development plans that could impact on transport were considered.
